Alpha Omicron Pi – Theta Omega Chapter | Senior 2017
Julia graduated this spring from Northern Arizona University. During her time as a collegiate she Majored in Biology with a Minor in Anthropology. Don’t you just love the school spirit she has & the way that she incorporated it into her senior session? We’re definitely feeling that Lumberjack spirit! She was active with the Club Water Polo and enjoyed attending the school sporting events. Julia served as a Panhellenic Delegate as well as on the Panhellenic Expansion Committee. Within AOII she also served as the song leader.
Her favorite memory is unique from a lot of other girls. We often hear from seniors that their favorite memory is bid day. Let’s be honest, that’s definitely one of our very favorite memories from our college years! And, while Julia’s memory is of bid day too. It isn’t of hers. Her fondest reflections are of final bid day at the house. She recalls speaking with many wonderful women who were going through recruitment and was delighted to see many of them end up bidding AOII. She was able to watch them grow and have all of the fresh, excitement and joy that wash over you as a pledge.
One of the unique philanthropy events that the ladies put on to raise money and awareness for the Juvenile Arthritis and Arthritis Research. Attendees drive to Phoenix and walk the zoo. For Julia, it was a great way to unwind and relax before the stress of finals began. Plus, it raises money for a wonderful cause!

The phenomenally talented Arizona photographer, Julia Romano Photography, has been with us several times sharing her seniors photoshoots. Many of you are already following you, if you aren’t though, you absolutely must – like now! She is a lot of fun, and we adore that she is also Greek! She is able to connect with so many of the sorority women on the Northern Arizona University campus because of her connection to the Greek community. She is also a sister in Alpha Omicron Pi!
